I have been using powerbeats 2 wireless with my devices for several months, but they won't pair with the new apple watch. The watch identifies them but can't pair. I've tried resetting them, checking for a firmware update, charging them and making sure they don't see any other devices. BTW, my Bose work fine with the new watch.

I turned every Bluetooth device in my Vicinity off and put them on my Head turned them on but held down button till they went into pairing mode. Then turned Apple Watch on pairing mode and then they showed up and connected. I think turning every Bluetooth device off worked.
I have the same issue with the new watch. Have gone to Genius Bar twice and they supposedly repaired the watch. The only thing that seemed to work temporarily is resetting the watch as a new device which is a real p.i.a.

It may help to unpair your headphones from any other devices that they may currently be paired to (such as your iPhone).
It may also help to pair them to your watch in a different location, away from any other active Bluetooth devices.

Thanks for the reply. I tried what you suggested and still didn't pair. So, I know my watch works with Bose and I know the beats work with everything else (AppleTV, iPad etc.) so unless I have unique powerbeats 2 wireless product, this product doesn't work with the new apple watch. Fortunately, the powerbeats were free; I never would have purchased them.)
OK, I've spent too much time on this. I tried the bose again and they wouldn't work. So, I reset the watch and how the powerbeats work. Not sure how I feel about this, resetting the watch after one day's usage.
